OUR STORE POLICY

The Lotta store is administrated by Urban Wardrobe AB

​

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.

Payment are made via card. 

Urban Wardrobe AB will not save any information concerning your card. 

​

SHIPMENT

Costs for shipping will be added to the price of the ordered product.

The delivery company that we are using is usually Posten AB. 

​

We send our products as letters or packages.

Delivery time within Sweden is usually 2 – 7 work days for products that we keep in stock. 

​

Shipments that weight 2 kg or less, are sent as a letter to the address of the customer, after payment has been received. 

​

Shipments that weight more than 2 kg are sent as parcels with Posten AB to the nearest delivery point to your home address. You will receive a dispatch note with which you pick up the package. 

Shipping costs within Sweden are included in the price. Costs for possible returns are covered by the customers. 

Posten AB stores an uncollected package for 14 days, before returning it to us.

Unredeemed packages and letters are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. 

For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 200 will be charged. This covers our costs to send out the package and receive it in return.

In case we – by some reason or another – cannot deliver the product that you have ordered, we will contact you directly via e-mail or telephone.

CONSUMER ACT

According to the Consumer Act, our customers have the right to 14 days purchase on approval. www.konsumentlagen.se The condition is that the product is returned in its original condition, that it is not used and thus is in a substantially unchanged condition. When returning, the customer pay for the return shipping. As soon as we have received your return and inspected it, the customer will be contacted via email. The refund to the debit card of the customer takes place at the same time. Other return costs are not reimbursed. The customer is responsible for the product until it is returned to Urban Wardrobe AB.

COMPLAIN

If you wish to complain about a product or if a product has been incorrectly dispatched, please e-mail info@lotta.one. Please enter the order number and describe the nature of the error. You will be sent a return form and you will be asked to return the product. Please describe the nature of the error on the return form and return the product to us. When the product has reached us, it is inspected and we will contact you for further information regarding the complaint. A new item will be sent within 1 week after we have received your complaint, provided it is in stock. If the item is not in stock, the amount for the item will be refunded to you. In the case of complaints, the Consumer Purchase Act is applied: www.konsumentverket.se. In case of a dispute, Urban Wardrobe AB follows the General Complaints Board's recommendations.

If you are in a country that is not included to the ones that this shop delivers to and you wish to purchase something from this shop, please send an e-mail to info@lotta.one. Kindly include the title of the garment and the wished size in your e-mail. We will then treat your request manually and communicate it via e-mail.
